Honey Bear's - Bay Street - You better be hungry if you go here. The proprietor gets her feeling hurt if you don't clean your plate and it's one FULL plate. One price for all meals.

Claudette's Kitchen - best catfish in the area! Owned and operated by my friends, Larry and Claudette Wellman. It's on Hwy 49 in Byron, west from Interstate 75. It's strictly a casual come-as-you-are for great food atmosphere. Open Thu-Fri-Sat from 5pm to 9pm only.

Jim Shaw's - good seafood, probably has the best seafood reputation in Macon.

Williams Seafood - On Wilmington Island between Savannah and Tybee Island.
